You’re Making an Impression

Let your light shine.
   —Matthew 5:16

Every time you walk out the door you leave an impression behind.

Is it a care-less impression that says, “I couldn’t care less about your day”? Or a care-more impression that says, “I care more for you than you’ll ever know”?

The impression you leave on the other side of that door builds up or beats down the person left behind.

Everywhere you go you leave an impression.

What impression do you leave when you walk out of the restaurant, the department store, the grocery, the cleaners, the bank, the office?

Does it trigger a feeling of “I hope she comes back soon” or one of “I hope I never have to deal with her again”?

You leave an impression.
Every place. Every time.
