If you are thirsty, come!
It’s deceptively easy to convince ourselves that God is number one in our life when the way we spend our time and resources says he isn’t. When we stray from him, he continually calls us back.
If you’re feeling a spiritual hunger and thirst, here’s God’s invitation: “All you who are thirsty, come and drink. Those of you who do not have money, come, buy and eat! Come buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend your money on something that is not real food? Why work for something that doesn’t satisfy you?” (Is 55:1–2).
“If you are thirsty, come! If you want life-giving water, come and take it. It’s free!” (Rv 22:17).
RSVP: Lord, I gratefully accept your invitation.
