I RESOLVE to be grateful for the Giver, not just for the gifts.
I RESOLVE to remain faithful when God doesn’t answer my prayers the way I want him to—or as quickly as I want him to.
I RESOLVE to remember that everything that happens in my life is preparation for a future that only God can see.
I RESOLVE to trust God unconditionally, however difficult the problem, however elusive the answer.
I RESOLVE to remember that when it seems I am all alone, I’m not.
I RESOLVE to stand firm on his promise: “I am with you always.”
He will honor your trust
if you will trust his promises.
