Hell is not a reform school; it is a final destination.
And it is not the Lord’s desired destiny for anyone. God said, “I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways!” (Ezek. 33:11).
“[God is] not willing that any should perish” (2 Pt 3:9). But some will, because they reject God’s gift of salvation.
Because of Christ’s death and God’s grace, this earth can be the nearest you ever come to hell. But apart from Christ, this earth is the nearest you will ever come to heaven.
“Whoever believes in [Christ] shall not perish but have eternal life” (Jn 3:16). God makes the offer; we make the choice.
The choice is yours.
