We have different gifts.

There may be people who are better speakers than you. There may be people who are better leaders than you. There may be lots of people who can do lots of things better than you.
But no one is as good at being you as you. You are in this show and are perfectly cast in your role. Your community needs you. Your church needs you. No matter how inadequate you feel, show up. We need you.
Here’s the thing! There’s not another you. You can withhold you from us if you choose. But please don’t. Don’t deprive us of you.
Please hear me! Stay you. Don’t try to be someone else. We already have someone else. But you’re the only you we have. Stay you. We need you.
