Ask how important God is to you and you will probably say he has a lock on the top spot. You would never intentionally allow anything to come between you and God.
Satan knows that, so he’s not going to take a conspicuous shot at putting distance between you. Instead, he’ll sneak his way into your schedule, gobbling up blocks of time until God is edged off your calendar.
When someone is too busy to pencil you in on their agenda, it doesn’t reveal their schedule; it reveals your importance on their schedule. Same with God and your schedule.
Imagine calling on God, only to have his secretary say, “He’s busy; he doesn’t have time for you.”
God is never too busy to hear you.
