God has given us eternal life,
and this life is in his Son.

You share the victory of resurrection and eternal life on one condition, precisely stated in 1 John 5:11–12: “God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
The apostle Peter added his amen in Acts 4:12: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
And Jesus gives the final word: “I tell you for certain that everyone who has faith in me has eternal life” (Jn 6:47 CEV). “I am alive for ever and ever” (Rv 1:18).
And he left this note for you: “Because I live, you also will live” (Jn 14:19).
