Who Cares?

I will fear no evil, for you are with me.
                             —Psalm 23:4

“No one is concerned for me,” David groaned—“no one cares” (Ps 142:4).

Many feel that way. But it isn’t true. God cares.

The measure of God’s love is that he loves without measure: His love is “too wonderful to be measured” (Eph 3:19).

Earthly relationships are often fragile and unpredictable. Heavenly ones aren’t.

Your spouse may abandon you. Your child may neglect you. Your friends may fail you. But your Father won’t forget you: “I will be your God through all your lifetime, yes, even when your hair is white with age. I made you and I will care for you” (Is 46:4).

When you’re feeling down,
remember that you’re never alone.
