Be bold and strong!
Banish fear and doubt!

Don’t doubt that God has a plan for your life. “One who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord” (Jas 1:6–7). God won’t give to one who refuses to receive.
God had a plan for Joshua, but since Moses—according to the last verse of Deuteronomy—was the greatest leader who ever lived, Joshua may have unfavorably compared himself to Moses and entertained doubts about succeeding him.
Comparing yourself to others is self-defeating. God doesn’t measure your value by how you compare to others. His plan for you is custom-made.
God told Joshua, “Be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! For remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (Josh 1:9).
Doubt your doubts.
