On America’s 250th birthday (July 4, 2026), several descendants of the nation’s founders were asked how they thought their forebears would view where America is today. Consensus was that they would be disappointed.
How would Abraham, your spiritual ancestor (Gal 3:29), view your level of faith today? Delighted or disappointed?
When God told Abraham to pull up stakes and hit the road, “he went without knowing WHERE he was going” (Heb 11:8). God promised to make him the father of a great nation, but after a long trek to the unknown destination, the question was WHEN?
You may not know WHERE God is going to place you and use you, how long it’s going to take to get there, or WHEN he is going to answer your prayers. It will happen—but on God’s timetable.
God knows best concerning your WHERE and WHEN.
