Grading Your Life

A man’s life does not consist in
the abundance of his possessions.
                         —Luke 12:15

Where did the time go? You got in the fast lane, and wham!—a big chunk of your life has zipped by.

How would you grade your life so far?

Others grade your performance based on their own values.

But by now you’ve learned that what you have achieved and accumulated may cause others to ooh and aah … but not you, not really.

Because you know that life isn’t graded by what you have achieved, but by what you have become; by how much closer you are to God than you were when you started; by what you have meant to others along the way.

It’s not too late to up the grade.
